Terms

Robot You is a free fan game from Botflix. By signing in or playing, you agree to these terms. They're short, and they're on your side as much as possible.

1. It's a game, not money

XP, bolts, symbols, badges, items, titles, streaks and leaderboard positions are cosmetic game features with no cash value and no crypto value. They can't be sold, traded, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money, crypto tokens (including $BOTC), NFTs, prizes or anything outside the game. XP, bolts and symbols can't be bought, and they never convert into $BOTC. Nothing in Robot You pays out $BOTC or anything else. Nothing in Robot You is gambling, a sweepstakes or an investment.

2. Rewards are cosmetic only

The bolts shop only unlocks cosmetic upgrades for your robot and ID card. An "On-Air Shout-Out Request" is a request, not a promise. A human reviews each one, and declined requests are refunded in game currency.

2a. The Chrome Counter ($BOTC purchases)

Some cosmetic items are sold only for the $BOTC token on Solana, through "The Chrome Counter". By buying one you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally allowed to hold and use crypto where you live, and you agree that:

• Cosmetic only. These items change how your robot, name, title or ID card look. They give no XP, bolts, symbols, levels, rank or any other gameplay advantage. They can't be earned with XP, bolts or symbols, and they aren't numbered or limited.
• No cash value, non-transferable. Items are a personal license to use a look inside Robot You. They aren't NFTs or tokens, live only in Robot You, and can't be sold, transferred, traded, withdrawn or redeemed. They never pay out $BOTC or anything else. They're not an investment.
• Prices. Prices are set in US dollars and paid in $BOTC. The exact $BOTC amount is calculated from a live market price when you start checkout and held for 10 minutes. Pay exactly that amount from the wallet shown.
• Final and non-refundable, except our errors. Solana transactions can't be reversed. Check the amount, the $BOTC mint and the Botflix treasury address shown before you sign. If you paid and something went wrong on our side (for example the item never arrived, or you were charged twice for the same item), contact us and we'll deliver the item or make it right. Payments that don't match an order (wrong amount, wrong token, missing order reference) are reviewed by hand, without a promise of a refund.
• Your wallet, your responsibility. You're responsible for your wallet, keys and network fees. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys and can't move your funds.
• Wallet linking. Linking a wallet means signing a free message that proves you control it. That message is not a transaction. A wallet can belong to one robot, and a robot can link up to 3 wallets. Paying with Solana Pay links the paying wallet automatically.
• Changes. We may change prices for new orders, retire items from the shelf, or pause the Chrome Counter. Items you already bought stay in your inventory while Robot You runs. We may remove items bought through fraud or exploits.

3. Play fair

XP is earned by actually watching. Don't use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, automated players or anything else that fakes watch time, drop grabs or progress. We can cap, reset or remove progress, or suspend accounts, if we see abuse. There's a daily limit of 4 hours of XP-earning watch time. Robots need sleep too.

4. Your robot, your responsibility

Pick a robot name that is friendly and legal, and that you have the right to use. No hate, harassment, sexual content, impersonation or personal information. We can rename, hide or remove anything that breaks these rules.

5. Accounts

You need a Google account to save progress. Keep it secure. You can stop playing whenever you like, and ask us to delete your data (see Privacy).

6. Changes and availability

We may change the game, including rewards, levels, prices, badges, drops and limits, or pause or end it. Because game progress has no real-world value, there's no compensation if progress changes. We'll try to give notice of big changes.

7. Content

The Botflix channels, characters and artwork belong to Botflix. Channel players are provided by YouTube and subject to YouTube's terms.

8. No warranty

Robot You is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Botflix isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the game.

9. Age

You must be 13 or older to sign in.
